扬州万和铜业有限公司（原扬州万合胶化机械有限公司）创建于1993年。公司二十年来致力于铜合金材料的特种铸造，获得了国内外客户的高度认同，并与之建立了长期的合作关系，产品广泛应用于、船舶、高压电器、城市轨道交通及工程机械的高端液压元件等等。公司先后与浙江工业大学等国家重点院校相关专业建立产学研合作关系，取得了铜合金和钢体及球墨铸铁的双金属浇注的技术突破。

   公司占地面积20000多平方米，厂房面积8000多平方米，公司主要生产设备有熔模铸造及砂型铸造生产线，配套热处理及机械加工设备，检测设备有德国牛津光谱仪、试验机、冲击试验机、硬度计等，公司现有员工80人，其中工程师3名，专业技术人员8名。

covering an area of more than 20000 square meters with factory buildings of over 8000 square meters, the company is e with various advanced production facilities, such as investment casting and sand casting production lines, heat treatment and mechanical processing e as well. besides, the company has various detecting devices, including german oxford spectrograph, universal testing machine, shock tester, hardometer, etc. currently there are 80 employees, among which 3 are senior engineers and 8 are professional personnel.

本产品的砂型铸造种类是化学硬化砂型，特种铸造种类是壳型铸造，表面处理是抛丸，材质是ZcuSn10Pb5，成型工艺是熔模铸造，公差是±0.3，打样周期是8-15天，加工周期是8-15天，机加工能力是有，铝铸件月产能是20吨，铜铸件月产能是60吨
